G&A’s three senior engineers, Mr. Grantham, Mr. Robinson, and Ms. Pierson, have all worked in construction. This hands-on experience instilled in them the importance of providing clear and accurate construction plans and documents, and addressing constructability issues during the design. In order to stay current on construction materials and practices, they collectively maintain an extensive network of contractor, client, vendor, franchise utility, and governmental agency resources.

Bruce Grantham

Bruce Grantham, P.E., was born in New Zealand where he obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from Canterbury University in 1979 and subsequently worked for the Wellington City Council. He played rugby in New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and Australia where he also worked for a contractor. He relocated to Dallas in 1983 where he joined Espey Huston & Associates and became a US citizen. He co-founded GBW Engineers in 1996 and founded G&A in 2002, serving as the President of both firms. Mr. Grantham completed the Leadership Garland and Leadership Richardson programs. He served as a Deacon at Trinity Bible Church in Richardson and serves on the Marketplace Ministries Board of Directors in Plano.

Chris Robinson

Chris Robinson, P.E., obtained his Civil Engineering degree from Texas A&M in 2000 and was employed for five years by Bechtel, overseeing the installation of telecommunications equipment throughout the Metroplex. In 2005, he joined G&A and enrolled in SMU’s Executive MBA program, graduating in 2006. That same year he was promoted to Operations Manager at G&A and became responsible for engineering and surveying production. In 2010, Mr. Robinson became a Principal and a key participant in the firm’s ownership transition plan.

Molly Pierson

Molly Pierson, P.E., was valedictorian of Lake Travis High School and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Civil Engineering degree in 1998. She worked for Gilbert Texas Construction on the installation of fiber optic cables in Texas prior to joining Mr. Grantham at GBW Engineers in 2000. Ms. Pierson was a founding employee of G&A and serves as a Project Manager and Senior Engineer. Her extensive modeling experience includes water, wastewater and storm sewer systems, and floodplains.

Katura Curry, P.E., began her engineering career working as an intern at a Little Rock, Arkansas engineering firm during her summers home from Louisiana Tech University. After completing her Civil Engineering degree at Louisiana Tech in May 1995, she took on a full-time position with the firm until her relocation to the Dallas area in December 1995. Once in Dallas, Ms. Curry joined a national firm preparing flood studies, drainage designs, and other utility projects for both public and private sector clients. She joined Mr. Grantham at GBW Engineers in 2001 and was a founding employee of G&A. In 2005, she took time off from her career to care for her family. Katura rejoined G&A in late 2017 and serves as a Senior Engineer and Project Manager on both public and private sector projects.
