Associates, Inc. has established long-term goals based upon the combined
abilities, motivations, and ambitions of its leaders. These goals have been
recorded in a business plan that utilizes the proven business practices of the
firm.
In looking to the future,
G&A annually reviews and updates, whenever necessary, its long-term goals.
Long-Term Goals
- Hire and train a new generation of leaders to assume
ownership of the firm through an internal transition.
- Diversify the firm’s client base within the
Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex
to include significant work for municipal, land development, surveying,
transportation, water resource, and water and wastewater clients.
- As the firm expands its client base geographically,
establish satellite offices to reduce travel time for the firm’s
clients and staff.
