LEADERSHIP

It is the goal of Grantham & Associates, Inc. to recruit qualified individuals with leadership ability and to provide training in all aspects of the business so that they may become future leaders of the firm. The rate at which this training process occurs shall be governed primarily by the capabilities and commitment of each individual.
